1. PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The Site provides information regarding the Ignite the Culture Weekend festival, celebrity basketball game, panels, and our National Talent Search. It also facilitates charitable donations to ABOVE .500 Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) organization.
2. NATIONAL TALENT SEARCH & SUBMISSIONS
you submit music, videos, personal data, or other materials ("Submissions") as part of our National Talent Search, you agree that:

You own all intellectual property rights to the Submission, or have obtained all necessary licenses.

You grant ABOVE .500 Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, stream, and promote your Submission in connection with Ignite the Culture Weekend.

Submissions containing explicit, hateful, or copyrighted material without permission will be disqualified immediately.

Judging decisions are final and at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of ABOVE .500 Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of this material is strictly prohibited.
4. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Site to:
