EVENT POLICY

By registering for a ticket, donating, or entering any event venue associated with Ignite the Culture Weekend (including the Live Music Festival, Celebrity Basketball Game, and Mental Health Panels), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. NO REFUNDS & ALL SALES FINAL
gnite the Culture Weekend is hosted by ABOVE .500 Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization. All ticket sales, registrations, and gifts are considered charitable donations. Per our organization standard, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to artist cancellations, venue changes, or weather conditions. Your donation will directly support the youth and community initiatives of ABOVE .500 Inc.
2. EVENT ADMISSION & CODE OF CONDUCT
We are committed to maintaining a "Positive Culture Standard." We reserve the right, without refund of any amount, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, vulgar, abusive, or dangerous. Illegal substances, weapons, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited at all event sites.
3. MEDIA RELEASE & RIGHT TO FILMING
By attending Ignite the Culture Weekend, you acknowledge that the events are public and will be heavily recorded. You grant ABOVE .500 Inc. and its authorized partners the right to photograph, film, videotape, and record your voice and likeness in any media format worldwide, for promotional, marketing, or broadcasting purposes, without compensation or further approval.
4. FORCE MAJEURE
If an event is postponed or canceled due to acts of God, public health emergencies, severe weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control, tickets/donations will be transferred to the rescheduled event date. No cash refunds will be given.
